About Dr. Dan Engle
Dr. Dan Engle brings a rare blend of medical rigor, whole-person insight, and deep respect for the body's innate capacity to heal. A physician, psychiatrist, educator, and thought leader, his work spans integrative psychiatry, neurocognitive restoration, peak performance medicine, and psychedelic research, disciplines that together form a uniquely comprehensive lens on human health and recovery. Through that lens, he helps shape the standards behind Walk With Life and plays a central role in the development of SANNAS™ Mood Melts, a fast-dissolving sublingual tablet crafted to support a calmer, brighter state with clean, precisely dosed simplicity.
His training includes a medical degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, followed by adult psychiatry and neurology residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University. He holds board certification through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Engle is the founder of Full Spectrum Medicine, an educational and integration platform, and co-founder of Thank You Life, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to psychedelic therapies. He is also the author of The Concussion Repair Manual and A Dose of Hope, both reflecting his longstanding commitment to helping people move from depletion and struggle toward clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose.
What makes Dr. Engle especially aligned with Walk With Life is his belief that wellness should be both aspirational and grounded, informed by science, guided by experience, and anchored in integrity. His approach has never been about shortcuts or hype. It is about helping people feel better, function better, and live with greater presence and vitality. SANNAS™ Mood Melts are a direct expression of that philosophy, developed with real clinical experience and designed for people who want a thoughtful, intentional approach to daily wellbeing.
"It takes more than just medicine for the body to heal; it takes an entire shift in awareness."
