Refund Policy
For all return and cancellation issues pertaining to orders made via walkwithlife.com we encourage you to contact us via email at info@walkwithlife.com.
RETURNS
We do not handle returns for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Walk With Life™ product at a retail location, or through a website other than walkwithlife.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.
To file a claim, please send our customer support team an email at info@walkwithlife.com with the subject "Return Request" and if approved, we'll send you a return address. Here are the return guidelines:

Must be a manufacture defect confirmed by our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in new/unopened condition and product must be returned to receive a refund within 15 days of delivery.

Customers will be required to pay for any shipping or restocking fees.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for return, as Walk With Life™ actives affect everyone differently. We retain the right to deny any returns. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.
Our customer service representatives are available Monday - Friday between 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST.
Items may not be edited once your order has been shipped.
We retain the right to deny any refunds or returns for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
